You‘re looking for assistance with Business or First Class commercial airfare, or if you are considering a Private Charter.
If you are comfortable researching and confirming your own flight arrangements, we ask that you forward your confirmations to us so we can have your details included in your custom itinerary with our compliments, there is no additional fee.
If you’d prefer we handle all arrangements, EMBARK Beyond has a dedicated Air Desk with air specialists who can research and ticket air for your trip with the following ticketing fee schedule:
- $50-100 per ticket for Domestic, Mexico, Canada or Caribbean
- $150 per ticket with a $50-150 per ticket for International Air

Policies & Exclusions
- Consultation calls are always complimentary.
- After our call, you will receive a LookBook with our thoughts about your destination, our hotel recommendations, and "Imagine Your Stay", a general idea of how your time and this adventure could look, as well as a statement of your fee and planning process going forward.
- If you wish to move forward to the proposal stage and full-service planning, a non-refundable Planning and Itinerary Management fee is due
- You may request up to 2 complimentary revisions of your detailed and curated proposal. Additional revisions may warrant an additional fee.
- Cancellation policy regarding trip cost will be determined on a case by case basis by supplier.
- Due to the extensive time and effort involved, if you must cancel your trip after plans have been confirmed, regardless of reason, a cancellation fee of $750 will be collected by Filling the Nest Luxury Travel & Lifestyle, charged to the credit card on file.
- While we would love to be of service for all your luxury travel needs, please note that we cannot offer assistance for: Airfare or hotels booked with miles, points, or credits, Airbnb, VRBO, or other vacation rental platforms other than our preferred and vetted villa and private home rentals partners, or Hotels less than 4*
