You already know the when and where, you have a fabulous resort, cruise sailing, or experience in mind, and you don’t need the expert advice or inspiraton, but just want the perks that come with a VIRTUOSO or EMBARK Beyond Preferred Partner booking like VIP status for early check-in and late checkout, top of the list for complimentary upgrades, daily breakfast, F&B credits, access to Virtuoso Voyages and more.

- With our compliments if you know all the details, and just want us to handle the booking so you can have amenities*
- $250 per booking if you need destination, hotel, cruise or tour research or recommendations presented in a proposal by one of our luxury travel advisors

You‘re looking for assistance with Business or First Class commercial airfare, or if you are considering a Private Charter.
If you are comfortable researching and confirming your own flight arrangements, we ask that you forward your confirmations to us so we can have your details included in your custom itinerary with our compliments, there is no additional fee.
If you’d prefer we handle all arrangements, EMBARK Beyond has a dedicated Air Desk with air specialists who can research and ticket air for your trip with the following ticketing fee schedule:
- $100 per ticket with a $300 maximum per family for Domestic, Mexico, Canada or Caribbean
- $150 per ticket with a $600 maximum per family for International Air

POLICY AND EXCLUSIONS
- Consultation calls are always complimentary.
- If you wish to move forward after the call, a non-refundable proposal fee of $250 is due and will be applied towards your total service fee.
- You may request up to 2 complimentary revisions of your proposal.
- Once approved, the remainder of your service fee is due.
- While your service fee is non-refundable, the cancellation policy regarding trip cost will be determined on a case by case basis by supplier.
- Service fee structure noted above is for up to 4 travelers and up to 1 week of travel.
- Additional travelers, destinations, and longer adventures may result in additional fees.
- Your fee will be determined after the consultation call and before moving on to the proposal stage.
- While we would love to be of service for all your luxury travel needs, please note that we cannot offer assistance for:
-Airbnb, VRBO, or other vacation rental platforms other than our preferred and vetted villa and private home rentals partners
-Hotels less than 4*
