Working with a Luxury Travel Advisor  is not unlike working with a financial advisor, interior designer, or any other personal service provider where mutual understanding is KEY! That is why we begin every collaboration with a complimentary consultation phone call to discover what makes you, YOU, and to hear what hopes you have for your next greatest adventure. This is also how you'll get to know us more, get a better understanding of how the process works, and learn the value of our services. If it's a mutually good fit, we'll put together thoughts from our call and share a complimentary LookBook with general ideas of what we're thinking. If you like what you see, we'll move on to Step 2.

You sit back and relax while we do a deep dive into R & D! Be prepared to be patient in this phase because like a fine wine or a masterpiece painting, the perfect proposal for your adventure can take some time to curate. We'll be working with our VIP connections to secure the best experiences and opportunities for you, and since this is only accomplished through our personal relationships, time differences and varying schedules can delay things, but we promise, good things come to those who wait.  We'll get back to you with a fully detailed proposal which will beautifully paint the picture of just how fabulous your adventure can be. Your proposal will have full pricing with options, and note deposit and cancellation policies for all components.

Once your trip is under deposit, most of the collaboration will be one-sided...ours! We'll be working diligently to create a seamless adventure for you with as much attention to detail as we give our own travels. But don't think you'll be completely out of the loop. This is where the fun part happens with all the little extras and we want to make sure we are creating an adventure with all the luxury inclusions you know you want, plus those you didn't even know existed!  Once everything is arranged, we'll send an outline of your adventure in an ITINERARY AT A GLANCE for your review, and upon approval, we'll assemble more than you'll ever want or need to know about your adventure in your CUSTOMIZED DIGITAL ITINERARY APP sent to you 1-2 weeks before travel. This will be your digital travel wallet and contain all important documents, confirmations, tickets, and of course vividly paint the detailed picture of your grand adventure.  Shortly before you go, we'll schedule a BON VOYAGE CALL with you to review your adventure's itinerary and address any last minute questions or concerns, and wish you Happy Travels!

From private tours and drivers, to exclusive experiences, skip the line access, and immersive experiences...it's all there! Our full-service bespoke itinerary management includes our on call service should you have questions or need anything at all, but you'll be in such great hands with our trusted partners that it's unlikely you'll need us at all!
