So that’s why we decided that every FLIGHTS OF FANCY adventure needs its own signature swag—keepsakes that feel personal to the theme and are genuinely useful long after you’ve returned home.

How the plan unfolds…

Like so much else we create, the vision board builds in CANVA, then we use the trusted partners we’ve sourced locally and online – from Etsy to Amazon – to bring the vision to life. The result is a little love letter in a tote, beautifully branded treasures you’ll actually reach for—on the plane, by the pool, and back home.

What’s inside (and why we love it)…

We started with roomy tote bags that can double as carry-ons, and in this case we added the snuggliest housecoats for an epic slumber party, long sleeve t-shirts and monogrammed sleep shorts for old school late-night laughs, classic baseball caps and chic raffia visors for sun-smart days, satin sleep masks even though there was very little sleeping, cushy flip flops intended for pool-to-suite ease but proved to be my daily go-tos (I have them on now), acrylic tumblers and stemless wine glasses for spritzes, mocktails, and everything in between, oversized beach towel blankets that claim your chaise with flair, personalized pillowcases (pillow fights optional), and elegant raffia fans to help beat the Florida heat, and tied with custom embroidered ribbons by our honorary krewe member and “spicy friend” (because “sweet” is overrated) Vilcy, who makes her presence known at every event with her exquisite thread creations, Specialities by V.

Each piece was designed to bring a smile, elevate the theme, photograph beautifully, and carry the story home.

Let’s Break it Down…

• Housecoats: To me the ric-rac trim on these scream “Palm Royale getting ready mode” so we had to have them! Amazon for the win, made better with a 2 initial monogram on each..and they come in so many colors! (Just added to cart in navy and powder blue)
• T-Shirts: Take me back to the Comfort Colors tees from college? Yes, please! Soft, better-cut tees for travel days and late-night laughs- Custom Ink never disappoints when it comes to printed t-shirts
• Shorts: How adorable are these? You had me at “scallop hem” – the monogram is a little hard to read but I was going for “Chinoiserie Chic” and I think this nailed it! Super sweet seller on Etsy and despite my Amazon addiction, I really prefer supporting small businesses
• Baseball Caps: Another great Etsy seller with great quality and fast turnaround. They created ours with embroidery front and back (FLIGHTS OF FANCY on front and our FILLING THE NEST logo on back, not pictured)
• Raffia Visors: Etsy, again? You guessed it! Love these adjustable visors and the seller was so great to customize with embroidery on two sides so we could have FLIGHTS OF FANCY on one and individual monograms on the other
• Flip Flops: Did I mention I’m wearing mine now? Another great Amazon find and I have backups in gold (and black, and pink)

• Tumblers: Insulated, lid-on workhorses for spritzes or iced coffee—keeps condensation off linens and ice intact poolside.
• Stemless Wine Glasses: Disclaimer….I thought I was buying acrylic for our yacht day…these are GLASS ..but still really cute!
• Shot Glasses: Not included in this swag bag but worth mentioning since we use them often…easy customization on Amazon

• Sleep Masks: Satin, light-blocking, and kind to lashes; they civilize a red-eye or bright mornings and this Etsy seller is great and gets orders out fast!
• Beach Towel Blankets: Oversized, quick-dry throws that claim your chaise with flair and double as picnic blankets. Etsy seller ships from Turkey (makes sense since they’re Turkish towels) and he was so easy to work with, and happy to accommodate my request for multiple fonts
• Pillowcases: Slumber parties call for pillow fights, right?
• Raffia Fans : Elegant, useful, and very “keepsake”—easy to DIY and make unique
• Embroidered Ribbons: The cherry on top! Our pink and personalized “Johnny Brown” ribbons (JB is the mascot of The Colony Hotel)…sitting on a champagne glass of course. What would do without Vilcy at Specialties by V making every event just a little more special?!

• Tote Bags: Another great Etsy seller and we will absolutely be ordering these again! Perfect size and super cute!
• Scarves: Felt the totes needed a little color and since there was already so much pink in store at The Colony Hotel (aka The Pink Paradise), went with these green palm print scarves from Amazon
• Purse Charms: More is more, right? So why not add these adorable little personalized bow purse charms?! And once again, Etsy seller with super prompt shipping, highly recommend!
